Returns and exchange
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours to return or exchange your item(s). After 48 hours the sale becomes final. Except for customized products.
- Contact us before returning any item.
- Only unworn and undamaged items can be returned for an exchange or a refund.
- Returned items must have the original invoice included in the package.
- Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.
- Exchanged items will be sent out upon arrival of the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
- We cannot accept returns on products that were not purchased through the Martijntje Cornelia web shop.
- Returns are at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the item using a carrier that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with a track and trace number.
- International custom duties and taxes will not be refunded.

We do our utmost best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, if this is not the case please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Please contact us before sending anything back! And always check your order upon arrival.
If possible we will repair the item and send it back to you. If the item is beyond repair and we have a replacement in stock we will send a replacement as soon as we receive the faulty item. If we do not have the item in stock we will refund you within 7 business days after receiving the faulty item.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Martijntje Cornelia is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Martijntje Cornelia reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
